CUIP LAWSUIT AGAINST THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE DISMISSED
On September 7, 2005 U.S. District Court Judge Loretta Preska ruled against a lawsuit bought by CUIP and Dr. Lenora Fulani against the Democratic National Committee, Terry McAuliffe,
John Kerry and others for conspiring to use public campaign funding to finance its efforts to keep Ralph Nader off the ballot last year. [Fulani v McAuliffe, 04-cv-6973].
